Redge Tolentino shares with us his quest to be healthy. Realizing the need to lose weight, Redge went through many fad diets. He tells us of his experiences with the bran cereal diet, the siomai diet, and the pop corn and salmon diet just to name a few. Eventually, Redge found the paleo diet and has stuck to it. Redge has lost a dramatic 90 pounds and has kept it off for 8 years!
